Sound Healing & Nada Yoga
Sacred frequencies, Tibetan singing bowls, and the mystic science of sound.
The Essence & Methodology
In the Vedic and Tantric traditions, the universe is recognized as Spanda—sacred vibration. When our inner vibrations fall out of harmony through stress, noise pollution, and anxiety, disease and unease occur.
Sound Healing combines ancient Tibetan 7-metal singing bowls, artisanal symphonic gongs, and vocal humming (Osho Nadabrahma) to gently massage every cell in the body with pure harmonic frequencies.
Meditators lie comfortably while waves of rich overtones wash over them, effortlessly slowing brainwaves into the alpha and theta states where spontaneous biological healing and deep meditation take place.
Stage-by-Stage Journey
Each stage is timed and musically orchestrated to guide awareness deeper.
Gentle, full-bodied humming like a bee with lips closed, creating an internal sonic massage across the brain and throat.
Slow, graceful hand movements giving love and light to the universe and receiving it back into the heart.
Lying in Shavasana while master bowls and gongs are struck in harmonic progression around and upon the body.
Resting in the profound silence that emerges after sacred sound subsides.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can anyone join a Sound Healing session?
Yes! Sound Healing requires no prior experience, physical flexibility, or effort. All you need to do is lie down and let the sacred vibrations do the work.
How is Osho Nadabrahma different from ordinary sound therapy?
Nadabrahma uses your own vocal cords to create an internal resonance first, tuning the instrument of your own body before receiving external singing bowls.
